The human resources office recently welcomed two new staff members, one already well known around campus and one who is new to the college community.

Jacquie Chambless Kittler is no stranger to FSC. She received her undergraduate degree here in 1995 and her master’s degree in human resources management in 1999. Since 2002 she has been employed in the business office and recently worked part-time in HR for several months on a range of tasks.

Erin Nechipurenko, the new assistant director of human resources, comes to the college from Mass College of Art where she had ten years experience working for human resources, most recently as director. A member of the Massachusetts bar, Nechipurenko received her undergraduate degree from Wheaton College and her juris doctor from Suffolk University Law School. Her main focus will be training initiatives and personnel issues.

“Keep your eyes open for new programs coming out of HR,” says Rita Collucci, director of human resources. “We look forward to working with all of you to meet your needs.”
